What texture are your snacks?

Our snacks are crunchy in texture but the oat flour based products are easily broken into. If you are unsure how your pup would take to the snacks please consider trying our Sample Package which is effectively $0. The product is listed as $0 with a $5 flat rate shipping assistance which is returned to you in the form of a $5 discount if you choose to make a purchase with us. 

How long is the processing time for my order?

Your order should be packaged and on its way to you within 5-7 business days. This includes the time it takes to make your treats fresh to ensure you get the best quality product we can provide to you. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

How long does it take my order to ship to me?

Typically 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and Holidays). However, once we drop off your order at the post office, we are at the mercy of the USPS or UPS logistics in getting your snacks to you. 

How should I store my treats?

We recommend storing treats in an airtight container in a cool and dry environment for the longest shelf-life.

Do you accept returns for your products?

Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we aren’t able to accept returns for non-faulty items. If an item is sent out in error, or is damaged in any way, then a refund/replacement may be granted. Should you require an exchange for a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

What is the difference between Snacks and Training Bites?

We consider Snacks to be an everyday treat - they tend to be a little larger. The average Snack is approximately 1 inch in diameter. Training Bites are smaller and more suitable for training sessions with your pup. Training Bites are approximately 0.5 inches in diameter.
